Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), formerly known as Saveetha University, is a private deemed-to-be university located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 2005, SIMATS offers a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across various disciplines.
SIMATS was founded with the vision to provide quality education in medical and technical fields. Over the years, it has expanded its academic offerings and infrastructure, becoming a prominent institution in Tamil Nadu. The university spans over 180 acres and houses 13 institutions, including Saveetha Dental College, Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha School of Management, and Saveetha Medical College.

Admission Requirements
B.Tech

Minimum 50% in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Should be Qualified the university's entrance test or equivalent entrance tests like JEE Main.

M.Tech Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 50% aggregate marks. A valid GATE, or equivalent exam score is mandatory.
MBA Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and a valid CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/the university's entrance test(PG) is must.
